Please read carefully before registering
The participant:
-
is required to wear a Cross Flow wristband and present it at any time upon request by an organizer or staff member.
-
is responsible for their own belongings and valuables, and will not seek financial or material compensation from the organizers in case of damage, theft, or loss.
-
accepts responsibility for any damage caused to the venue or its equipment and agrees to provide financial compensation for such damage.
-
participates voluntarily in all physical activities after assessing their own physical capabilities and will not seek financial or material compensation from the organizers in case of injury.
-
must respect the decisions of the teachers and organizers during the event.
-
acknowledges and agrees to being recorded (including photos, videos, or other media) by the event staff, and grants permission for the organizers to use such materials for future marketing purposes without financial compensation.

must leave the event venue if requested by the organizers due to inappropriate, aggressive, or harassing behavior, and will not be entitled to any financial reimbursement (including the entrance fee).

is prohibited from recording workshops, except for the final workshop summary permitted by the teacher.
-
is not allowed to photograph or record other attendees or teachers without their prior consent.
-
must complete payment for the selected pass within 7 days of registration validation.
-
is not entitled to a refund in case of registration cancellation; however, a substitute participant may be approved by the organizers.

agrees to the processing of personal data by the organizers for registration purposes and communication related to the event.

each purchased pass includes a mandatory €5 fee corresponding to the annual membership to our Association In Flow. Membership is required to attend the event and is automatically included in the ticket price.
The organizer:
-
is entitled to ask any participant at any time during the event to present their event ticket (in the form of a wristband).

is not responsible for participants’ personal belongings or valuables and is not required to provide any financial or material compensation in case of loss, theft, or damage.

is entitled to claim financial compensation from any participant who causes damage to the venue or its equipment.
-
is not responsible for any physical injuries sustained by participants during the event and is not obliged to provide financial or material compensation for them.

is entitled to make recordings (including photo, video, and other media) of participants during the event and to publish, edit, and use these materials for marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

is entitled to remove any participant from the event in cases of inappropriate, aggressive behavior, sexual harassment, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without financial or material compensation (including entrance fees).

is entitled to modify the event program due to serious or unpredictable circumstances (such as illness of teachers) without any obligation to issue refunds.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancel before 01/04/2026 (incl.) - 75% of ticket price refunded
Cancel before 01/05/2026 (incl.) - 50% of ticket price refunded
After 01/05/2026 - no refund

Participant replacements are accepted only with prior approval from the organizers and depend on the current registration situation. If approved, the new participant will complete a new registration using a special code provided by the organizers. The new registration will be charged at the original fee, and a refund will then be issued for the initial registration.
